About Me

Where to begin? Born and bred in the Northern Territory (Alice Springs/ Katherine & Darwin) I moved to Canberra in 1997 and have been here ever since.

I am currently a stay at home mum to a big, bold and active toddler, Dante Michael and a sweet, smiling & determined baby, Claudia Sabine.  They keep me quite busy, but the spare time I do have I study (distance ed) for my Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) which I hope to complete within the next ten (yes, you heard me) years.  I am still employed with the public service but am on LWOP currently. 

Both Joe and I have family all around Australia (sadly none in Canberra) so this blog was initially designed to help keep the family up to date with our life.  It is also just a vehicle for me to write, vent, emote and do all those other things to help stay sane.
