Dinner Tonight: Salmon & stir fried vegies

Stir Fry Sauce:

2 cloves of garlic
1 cm knob of ginger, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
splash of sesame oil

combine above ingredients in a food processor. put to side.

in a dry hot wok, fry sesame seeds until browned, put to side.

Rub salmon fillet (with skin on) with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add skin side down first to hot wok and cook until liking (I know chefs around the world will frown on me but I like my salmon opaque ALL the way through) turning on all four sides. put to side.

Add packet of ready made stir-fry vegies (or knock yourself out and buy them whole and chop your own) and above sauce, stir fry for 1-3 minutes depending on amount of vegies (they should still crunch). Turn off wok, stir through sesame seeds and divide among bowls. Place salmon on top with skin side up (it should be nice and crispy)

Top with corriander leaves and fried oinon and serve! voila!

Nice one. Fast, simple and easy.

Maybe some lime/lemon would kick it up a notch right? Just to give some sour and fresh flavor..
